The room offered a very spacious layout with a nice design. The room cleaning lady was kind and generous, SO KIND! The lounge area downstairs offers options for quick tea and coffee.
Adjusting water temperature in the shower was tricky, AS the delay was longer than expected.

i found the location quite central. I walked to many nearby attractions. The room was spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a LARGE selection of choices. Staff were helpful and kind.
the MINIMAL lighting in the room presented some difficulty. The larger light bulb in the bathroom did not function. This made the room quite dark, especially when the sun was not shining.

The receptionists were always helpful and very kind . They answered all questions. I appreciated their friendly attitude. Federica was also cute and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were quick.

i loved how nice and neat everything was! the amenities were great and breakfast tasted very good. plus, it was so easy to walk to nearby museums, cafes, restaurants, and nightlife. the staff were friendly!

The hotel's location proved convenient, especially with the tram stop right outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. The breakfast was great. It had many options and was well worth the cost. I found hot drinks provided in the lounge and water with chocolate in the room a nice touch.
The lighting in my room was minimal, difficult to see at night.
